Bankruptcy and Companies Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Ordinance 2023 (Commencement) Notice 2025
On 14 July 2025, the Official Receiver exercised the power pursuant to section 122A of the Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap. 6 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (“Bankruptcy Ordinance”) and section 2AB of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Cap. 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (“CWUMPO”) to specify certain forms for use with effect from 14 July 2025, for the purposes of the Bankruptcy Ordinance and CWUMPO respectively.
On 14 July 2025, the Official Receiver exercised the power pursuant to section 122B of the Bankruptcy Ordinance and section 2AC of the CWUMPO to specify requirements for certain documents to be sent to the Official Receiver for use with effect from 14 July 2025, for the purposes of the Bankruptcy Ordinance and CWUMPO respectively.

The Bankruptcy and Companies Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Ordinance 2023 (Commencement) Notice 2025 (“the Commencement Notice”) was gazetted (Legal Supplement No. 2, No. 12 Vol. 29) on 21 March 2025.

Revision of other charges
With effective from 1 January 2025, the rate of the following fee item will be revised:-
