With the operation of the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) taking effect from 7 April 2000, the Official Receiver's Office accepts documents submitted in physical media or sent to our designated email address (oroadmin@oro.gov.hk), provided that they conform to the prescribed format, manner and procedures under Section 11 (2) of the Electronic Transactions Ordinance.
